Cut Taxes & Fees, Return Tax Dollars to Taxpayers

Carter will be laser-focused on cutting red tape and lowering taxes. He’ll champion tax relief by eliminating the state income tax so that we can compete with neighboring states, and he will work to end unnecessary mandates like emissions testing in Forsyth to save families money.

Fight For Transportation Infrastructure Investments

Carter will work to bring infrastructure investments, including expanding roads like Hwy 400 and local connectors, to Forsyth to help ease traffic gridlock. He will pursue smart solutions such as better coordination of traffic lights and public-private partnerships for road projects aimed at fostering economic growth and improving public safety, ultimately enhancing the daily quality of life for Forsyth County residents.

Take the Fight to Career Criminals, Gangs, and Drug Traffickers

Carter will ensure police are fully funded and toughen penalties on criminal gangs, drug traffickers, and others who threaten our safety. He stands with Sheriff Ron Freeman and local law enforcement and opposes any defunding police nonsense. Additionally, Carter will make sure Georgia continues working with federal immigration officials to crack down on sanctuary cities.

Expand School Choice & Protect Students

As the father of two and the husband of a school teacher, Carter will work to protect Forsyth County's high-quality schools, which are essential for public safety and the overall well-being of our children. Carter will be an advocate for parents, teachers, and students by supporting for the expansion of school choice for students stuck in failing districts, and higher standards for our public school system. He’ll oppose indoctrination like Critical Race Theory and protect girls’ sports.

Defend Life, Liberty, and our Constitutional Rights

Carter is proudly pro-life and will defend Georgia’s Heartbeat Law, making no apology for protecting the unborn. He’ll be a relentless defender of our Constitutional Rights and traditional conservative family values.

Protect Lake Lanier and Local Control

Carter, an active member of the Lake Lanier Authority, will advocate for local control of Lake Lanier’s shoreline, emphasizing the importance of public safety and economic growth. He will champion Forsyth’s interests in lake management, ensuring safe recreation, protecting property rights, and promoting infrastructure improvements to support economic development around this vital resource.
